Lynn Safety Designed and Engineered an Outrigger System that allowed access over a barrel roof. Lynn Safety then provided the building with a permanent powered platform to complete the existing davit system. |

Lynn Safety designed a Four Wire Permanent Powered Platform and Stabilization System for an existing Davit system to bring the building into compliance with OSHA Safety Standards. |

Lynn Safety provided engineered load testing to certify the existing Davit System for exterior building maintenance, which indcludes window cleaning, painting, caulking, glazing, etc. |

Lynn Safety provided engineered pull testing of rods installed into the parapet wall. Anchors were then installed over the rods for tieback of safety lines and working lines for exterior building maintenance workers. The anchors were then tested and certified for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance use. |

Lynn Safety installed a guardrail for fall protection. A guardrail was provided on the rooftop to prevent workers and building personnel from a fall. Lynn Safety provides powder coating on all guardrails for long lasting protection and aesthetics. |

Lynn Safety provided fall protection training to building personnel. Lynn Safety also provides competent person training for anyone that will be using Suspended Access Equipment. |

Lynn Safety Designed, Engineered, Fabricated, Installed, Inspected, Tested, and Certified an Outrigger System for Exterior Building Maintenance use. Safety Tieback Anchors were installed into the roof while the building was under construction. We then provided the building with a permanent powered platform to bring the building into OSHA compliance. |
